CreateLabs is closely affiliated, through equity ownership, with PO KAY SECURITIES & SHARES CO., LTD., a securities firm that teams up with investment firms such as Core Pacific-Yamaichi in subunderwriting IPOs in Asia. Po Kay is a brokerage firm with 30 employees dedicated to providing a full range of financial services since 1976. Po Kay offers both Research and Brokerage Services that include; Subscriptions to IPOs, Financing Facilities, financing local stocks, Nominee Services, collecting dividends and bonus shares on behalf of clients, etc.

CreateLabs is closely affiliated, through equity ownership, with 2 publicly listed companies in Hong Kong. K. Wah International is in the business of property development, and K. Wah Construction Materials owns an entire vertical construction materials supply chain in Hong Kong and China. These companies have offices in Shanghai, Guangzhou and Nanjing. K. Wah's newly formed Information Technology subsidiary, Combat Technologies Inc., provides resources to start ups, and assists in raising funding for strategic partners.
