Po Kay Securities & Shares Co, LTD., a securities firm that teams up with investment firms such as Core Pacific-Yamaichi in sub underwriting IPOs in Asia. Po Kay is a brokerage firm with 30 employees dedicated to providing a full range of financial services since 1976. Po Kay offers both Research and Brokerage Services that include; Subscriptions to IPOs, Financing Facilities, financing local stocks, Nominee Services, collecting dividends and bonus shares on behalf of clients, etc.

K.Wah International and it's Technology Ventures arm that works seamlessly with CreateLabs.  K. Wah also invests in property development and owns an entire vertical construction materials supply chain in Hong Kong and China. These companies have offices in Shanghai, Guangzhou and Nanjing.
